REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be happy with your Johnny Dash Media merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Window

 

You may request a refund or exchange on eligible merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

 

2. Eligibility

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    •    All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

    •    You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt). 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective:

    •    Final Sale items (including sale/discounted merchandise)

    •    Personalized or custom products

    •    Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase 

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a refund, exchange, or replacement as appropriate. 

 

5. How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return:

    1.    Email JohnnyDashMedia@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you’re returning, and reason for the return.

    2.    We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

    3.    Pack the item securely and ship back to the address provided.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

 

6. Refund Processing

    •    Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days.

    •    Shipping charges are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error). 

 

7. Exchanges

 

If you’d prefer an exchange (size, color, etc.), let us know when you request your return. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
